The Phase Five Aku V2 is the same shape as the first version, but now dressed in some sick new looking splat paint graphics and constructed to save some cheddar. E-Glass Cover
E-Glass is the most economic and commonly used glass in the board industry. It is very strong yet flexible and provides good strength.

Refined vacuum assisted hand lamination process with built in glass/bar stringers on bottom edge of board for extra strength and pop.

Each board is unique
Because every Aku V2 board comes with a specially crafted splat art, this product image will not match the graphic of the actual board delivered.

Increased strength and stiffness especially when combined with carbon fiber.

Twin Fins
Two fins positioned towards each outside rail edge near the tail. Phase Five has found this to be the optimal surf configuration for the perfect balance between speed and manoeuvrability.

FCS Fin Boxes
Phase Five uses standard FCS fin boxes for this wakesurf board. The surfer is open to try any kind of surfing fin from the FCS program.

Textured Finish
Textured finish used on selected premium boards. Less weight and increased performance.

EPS Core
Ultra light weight 2 lb. density core used in Phase Five's surfboards. CAUTION EPS foam are heat-sensitive. Avoid extreme heat and prolonged exposure to elements.

Mid density EVA horizontal groove with dimple dots. These blended features create more traction than a Phase Five footpad have ever offered.
